Occasia One is based in Bengaluru and works with HR, marketing and leadership teams across India. We plan and execute offsites, conferences, team-building programmes and celebrations end-to-end.
Why we exist
Corporate events get handed to whoever has capacity that month — and they end up coordinating venues, travel, AV, food and entertainment across a dozen vendors while still doing their actual job. We built Occasia One to absorb all of that into one team with one number to call.
We work from a vetted network of properties and partners, negotiate on your behalf, and stay on ground until the last guest checks out.
We say no
If a property won't hold your group or the dates don't work, we tell you early instead of selling you the booking.
One point of contact
The person who takes your brief is the person on site during the event. Nothing is handed off to a stranger.
